Tuesday Forecast: Warm and Windy with Some Afternoon Rain
Tuesday: Another breezy, warm, and humid day under mostly cloudy skies. Temperatures will start in the upper 60s and warm to around 80. Winds from the southeast at 17-27 mph. There will be some afternoon showers and isolated thunderstorms that develop, coming in from the southwest.
Tuesday Night: Showers and storms will remain possible. Winds from the southeast at 10-17 mph. Temperatures settle in the mid to upper 60s overnight.
Looking Ahead: Temperatures top out near 80 again on Wednesday with breezy southeasterly winds. A weak cool front will move into and stall over the coastal bend on Wednesday night, prompting some shower activity. This will be similar to the front we had stall north of Corpus Christi last weekend. Highs on Thursday will be totally dependent on how far south the front can make it. Right now, I have us in the low 70s Thursday with some morning showers, then partly to mostly cloudy skies. Next front looks to arrive on Saturday night.
