Police officers responded to an armed robbery at the Subway at Baldwin and South Port Monday morning, where a man held up a clerk at knife point.

It's the second time this month that the store has been robbed.

It was around 8:51 a.m. when a man wearing a dark hoodie and a ball cap entered the store wielding a knife. He then got into a vehicle and fled the scene, making off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

When police arrived on the scene, they discovered that the clerk had sustained cuts to her arm. She was treated at the scene.

The suspect was described as a male standing between five-foot seven and five-foot ten. He was last seen wearing the dark hoodie, a ball cap and blue jeans. If you have any information regarding this crime, please call Crime Stoppers at 361-888-8477.
