CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Firefighters were dispatched to the McNair Farms in Driscoll, Texas, Wednesday morning after thick black smoke was spotted coming from a tractor.
It all happened at FM 665 and County Road 81. According to firefighters, the fire spread to a nearby diesel storage tank.
Driscoll Mayor Mark Gonzalez said despite the thick smoke, firefighters quickly worked to contain the fire. Volunteer firefighters from Driscoll received a helping hand from surrounding agencies.
Thankfully, no one was hurt.
