Corpus Christi (KIII News) — Firefighters were called out Wednesday morning after a car in a parking garage went up in flames on One Shoreline Plaza.
According to fire officials, the fire started from a parked car on the top level on the garage.
"Its still under investigation the problem with car fires is they tend to burn thoroughly but right now we are trying to locate the owner and get more information," Capt. Jeff Durrwachter said.
The car was determined to be a total loss and was the only vehicle affected by the flames.
Currently, the fire department will continue to investigate the incident.
