The Frost Bank on North Carancahua has been at that location for more than 30 years, but officials announced in October that it would be moving come 2019.

According to Corpus Christi Caller-Times, a notice filed in the office of Nueces County Clerk Kara Sands said the property is in foreclosure and will be put up for auction in February.

In 2017, bank officials said their lease would be up in 2019 and they decided they would build a new location on Shoreline Boulevard. The building will be four stories tall.
