The six-month anniversary of Hurricane Harvey's landfall is quickly approaching, and production is now underway for a movie called "Harvey" -- a fiction-based feature film highlighting a family who lost members during the storm.

The production has Coastal Bend residents hoping that they, too, will be given a chance to share their stories on the big screen.

"I feel for the people in Houston, but looking at this, we're getting nowhere," Michelle Anderson said.

Filming will begin in Houston on Feb. 17, and the producer and director hope to release the movie on the one-year anniversary of Harvey.
