The City of Corpus Christi is still taking reservations for Easter weekend camping at Labonte Park, an annual tradition for many in the Coastal Bend.

As of March 26, City officials said there were just 35 campsites still available. They're urging campers to make their reservations soon.

Campouts, fishing, and Easter egg hunts are always a favorite for families during the Easter weekend. Reservations start at $25 for three days of camping, and you can pay another $25 for up to three additional days.

A spot at their RV campsite costs $50 for up to three days, and for $50 more you can reserve up to three additional days as well.

Reservations will be available through noon on March 29. You can register online at

Easter weekend is March 30-April 1.
