A state of the art natural gas processing plant has started operations in South Texas. Of course, it all centers around the Eagle Ford Shale.
The company, called Teak Midstream, has begun operations of more than 250 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines. The new system will help gas producers move natural gas more quickly to keep up with the high demand.
It is expected to bring in more than an estimated $350,000 annually to Bee County in tax revenues.
