The Corpus Christi Police Department is looking for the suspect in an armed robbery that took place at the Times Market at Baldwin and Morgan Sunday night.

A store clerk said that a masked man walked into the store at around 10:45 p.m. He had a gun and demanded money. The man then took off and ran into a nearby neighborhood.

"A weapon was displayed," CCPD Lt. Emilio Villareal said. "He took the money and ran out of the store, then ran northbound on Cheyenne."

Police brought in a K-9 unit to help track the robber, but they had no luck.

Officers are looking for a man with a medium build, who was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue jean shorts. The convenience store did have surveillance video, which detectives are looking into.
