On March 29 of this year, a brutal Aggravated Kidnapping and Robbery occurred at the 400 block of Crosstown Access road and Agnes. At around 2:30pm as the victim was on her way to work, she stopped at the light to allow, what she thought was a friendly pedestrian to cross the street. As this individual approached the front of the vehicle, he pretended to have hurt himself and falls to the ground. When the victim got out of her car to check on him, he grabbed her and threatened her life with a knife. The victim was then forced back into her car at knife point and made to drive around the area, as he took her money and personal items. On several occasions, he threatened to stab the victim, which left her face and arms with various scratches from the blade of the knife. When they arrived at the intersection of Ayers and Brownlee, the subject who was described as a black male 40-45 year of age, 6 foot to 6 foot 3 inches tall and weighed 230 pound, fled northbound on Brownlee.
