Corpus Christi Police are asking for your help in locating and identifying the individuals responsible for the early morning Aggravated assault that occurred on Jan. 11 on the Crosstown Expressway at Baldwin.

Shortly after 2 a.m. an unidentified individual driving a red truck, went to a residence in the 4300 blk. of Vestal looking for someone by the name of Marco.

When the residents confronted the visitor a disturbance began and the unidentified individual then fled the scene in his red truck, now being chased from the neighborhood by a Lincoln Town car.

Both vehicles then entered the Crosstown Expressway Northbound, and as the Lincoln Town Car pulled alongside the pickup someone inside the truck fired several rounds into the vehicle one of which struck Bobby Valdez in the head, leaving him clinging for his life.

The truck is described as red full size 4 door truck with either chrome or black tool box and chrome wheels.
