This week Investigators with the Corpus Christi Police Departments Robbery/Homicide division are asking for your helping in identifying and locating the individuals responsible for the early morning shooting which occurred on February 22, shortly after 2 a.m., at the Speedy Stop located at 5602 South Padre Island Drive.

According to witnesses at the scene, their was a group of both male and females subjects that had gathered near the gas pumps and appeared to be arguing, that argument then escalated to a physical confrontation between several of the male subjects.

During the fight one of the individuals involved in the disturbance went to his white SUV and got what witnesses believe was a handgun and fired several rounds at the victim striking him in the leg.
