On August 5th at approximately 3:15am, Officers were dispatched to the 4800 block of Blundell for a call reference shots being fired.

When officers arrived, they found the victim, Luvinia Rose Cagle lying on the ground. Mrs. Cagle had been shot several times.

Detectives are seeking information about this crime and are looking for any information that someone may have about this shooting.

Reports from witnesses state that the suspect was in a black four door vehicle. They described the suspect as a Hispanic male, about 5’6 and 140 pounds with short hair.
