On August 9, 2009; two men were fighting in the street in front of El Popeye’s Club, located in the 3000 block of Highland Avenue. After the fight, one of the males involved left in a black Chevy Silverado pickup with a female companion.

As the couple drove off, a Hispanic male appeared in the street with a gun and fired one shot at the couple’s vehicle, striking the female passenger one time in the back of the head.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, wearing brown shorts and no shirt. The suspect was last seen running down the 1100 block of Sabina.
