Magical Fruit Salad


12 servings

1 can (20-oz.) pineapple chunks
1 3/4 c. nonfat or lowfat milk
1/2 lb. grapes, seedless (red or green)
1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) instant pudding mix (lemon or vanilla)
2 bananas

Drain the juice from the pineapple; put chunks into a large bowl. Rinse the grapes and drain well; add to bowl. Peel the bananas and cut into bite-sized pieces; add to bowl. Pour milk over the fruit. While slowly stirring the fruit, sprinkle in the pudding mix. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes, then serve.

Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
