Mayor Henry Garrett answers questions about the coming lack of a city manager; what the process in hiring one and how much money the city is spending in trying to find a replacement for current City Manager, Skip Noe.  Noe leaves his position at the end of August.

Mayor Garrett also answers questions about the deteriorating condition of North Beach and what the city is planning to do to improve the conditions there.
