This weeks Doctor Is In, Dr. Gregg Silverman, discusses the effects of Cardiovascular Disease and Obesity.

According to Dr. Silverman, studies now reflect obesity and the age proximity of a possible heart attack. Dr. Silverman says, the best advice is to take action by exercising each and every day for at least 20 minutes a day for 5 days a week. Dr. Silverman suggest it's best to utilize your time rather than worry about distance in your exercise routine and keep yourself on a regular work-out routine.
