Over the past few days, members of St. John's United Methodist Church have been helping the Albe family of Flour Bluff. Thursday night the churchs youth group made the spirit of christmas come alive. More than 3 dozen youth group members cleaned. Fixed up, and decorated this Flour Bluff home. All to make the holidays that much sweeter for one grandmother and her 4 grand children. "This is awsome, during the christmas season some of the greatest gifts you can ever receive is the ones we give", said youth minister. Organizers say each year the youth group picks a coastal bend family to help. This year's family has had a tough time, as one of the kids suffers from cancer. The church also provided the family with a new dining table, dishes, and brand new bedding. The lights, they were donated as well.
