Manuel Garcia is a longtime resident of the Chula Vista area and is tired of all the graffiti tagging going on. He told us, "They don't care they don't appreciate this, where we live and all of this I don't know I think it's a disease I think on these young people." A disease of bad art work spreading through the Chula Vista area. The Cornerstone Christian Fellowship Church on Prescott was hit as was the supermarket next door. Over at the Chula Vista Academy of Fine Arts, some of the school was hit by one of the gang graffiti taggers. Residents like Rosa Pineda are sick of the graffiti. Her new fence at the corner of Prescott and Hudson was marked up. The third time that's happened over the past few years. Police say they are trying to catch those responsible. Two rival gangs are using spray cans to mark their territories and committing drive by shootings to enforce the message.
