Jolynn Quiroz says her family wants justice in the killing of her 14 year old cousin, Tiffany Gonzalez,"I'm pretty sure all of her family is going to want his charges to be upgraded even if it was an accident I mean she's gone he can't bring her back." Tiffany Gonzalez attended Martin Middle School. On Friday, she was found inside her boyfriends apartment. She had been shot in the head. Quiroz doesn't know how her cousin was able to leave Martin Middle School and end up at her boyfriends. "From what we know she got dropped off at school and after that we don't know how she ended up at that apartment." Police say the boyfriend is a known gang member and was arrested on an aggravated assault charge. That may soon be upgraded to murder. Jolynn told us her cousin was loved by everyone," She was real loving she had a beautiful smile when you'd see her she would just come up and hug and kiss you she was real kind everybody just loved her, she loved everybody." Tiffany's family decided to donate her organs and early Sunday morning, her liver and kidney's were transplanted.
At Martin Middle School on Monday at 6pm, there will be a special candlelight ceremony to remember Tiffany. The 14 year old will be buried at Rosehill Cemetery on Friday. Now as far as her boyfriend, a police captain told us that the department is looking into the possibility that he may have played a role in the Tinseltown murder from 2006 where Bo Fernandez was shot and killed.
