A special US.Marshals task force has arrested a fugitive wanted out of Kleberg County. Henock Osio Jr, a high school band director, according to the U.S. Marshals has been on the lam for the last nine months after he was accused of having an inappropriate relationship with one of his students

Authorities have been looking for him since October of last year.

He was arrested this morning at his parent's home in Cotulla.

To the one who said it takes two to tango, yes girls that age are not naive, but that still doesn't give a grown man in his 30's, if not older, the right to do what he did. you sure wouldn't be saying that if it were your daughter, or if you have any kids at all. And I agree with jamie lynn garza, everyone is making it more than it really is.

That school district is just as much to blame. They should have never held on to him as long as they did...by tempting him with money. Unfortunately, the man had no degree and no certification. They should have taking a chance and hired someone certified. That district under that superintendent is a trap! Unfortunate for the students there...they are great!

Yep...I know him too...it's really a sad situation...so much potential and promise in him...I just hope and pray that He is innocent; however, I know and can see how a wrong decision can be made. He still has my support...and will always...have my prayers...

"US Marshals nab band director." Talk about being desperate for a juicy headline! By reading this, you would think he murdered somebody. And on his defense and anybody else who is accused of this: It takes two to make a relationship. Girls that age are not as naive as you think. Believe me, I was that age once and I was old enough to know right from wrong.

Okay 1....if he was such a fugitive, why would he go to his parent's home in Cotulla which less than 200 miles away from where he was wanted. Come on now! "Being on the run" is not the definition that defines this situation, it's more like "let's wait a while so we can say he's on the run that way it would be a bigger and better headline." If this were me, I would have fled the country a long time ago. Mr O was a good band director for such a long time and I think it's ridiculous!!

To the person who wrote the last comment, at 11:35p.m. Anne Oakley is RIGHT...everyone that knows him knows he's from Cotulla. The longer they wait to look for him the better the headline. That's all "people" care about. They don't think of anyone else, like the family, but themselves!

This is so sad! Do you guys even think about what it does to the family? The question is "Do you even care?" I'll answer that and say you don't care...You people just think about yourselves.

Authorities couldn't have been looking for him real hard, because EVERYONE who knows Henock is from Cotulla.
