Following nearly a two year investigation, Portland PD along with the Texas Rangers, FBI, and the DA's office addressed the media Saturday afternoon on the arrest of 27-year old David Malcolm Strickland. Strickland, who once lived in Portland, was arrested Friday in Helotes, Texas. Strickland is accused of shooting two teen girls, Mollie Olgin and Kristene Chapa, at Violet Andrews Park in Portland back in June of 2012.
