What started as a fishing trip turned into a scary ordeal for one man after two boats collide in the water near Padre Island. Fire crews from Flour Bluff caught up with the boats at a bait shop at the end of the JFK Causeway. Officials say the fog played a role in the crash and while the damage was minor, one of the fishermen involved was hurt. Flour Bluff Volunteer Fire Fighter Landon Sherman said, "I think they were going a little too fast. It's pretty dangerous. Luckily no one seriously hurt." As a precaution, one of the fishermen was taken to the hospital to get checked out.
