Captain Chuck Hollingsworth Retires from NAS-CC After 30-Year Career

There was a lot of emotion onboard the U.S.S. Lexington Tuesday as a longtime member of Naval Air Station-Corpus Christi said his goodbyes at a special retirement ceremony.

Captain Chuck Hollingsworth, the chief of staff for the Chief of Naval Air Training, is calling it a career after serving for 30 years. He is a native of Commerce, Texas. In his career, Hollingsworth served in the Middle East, South America and East Asia, just to name a few spots.
