In Port Aransas, the annual Coastal Bend Law Enforcement Chili Cook Off took place.
When we asked Albert Garcia, one of the competitors, what made his chili the best, he said, "Can't tell you man. That's something that, you know, it's an old family secret that goes way back. Moon shiners. We just gotta. We gotta keep it."
Garcia and his team won first place. The money raised at this cook off went to various charities.
