Community Turns Out for Bone Marrow Drive at TAMUCC

A steady line of people showed up to the Early Childhood Development Center at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi to take part in a bone marrow drive Friday.

On Thursday, 3News reported about a local woman, Irma Galvan, who is battling a form of blood cancer. She is in desperate need of a bone marrow transplant. Friday's drive was held to help find her a donor, and to raise awareness of just how easy it is to give back.
