We're learning more about the man who led multiple law enforcement units on a high speed chase overnight Friday from Port Aransas to Corpus Christi. John Guerra was arrested underneath the Oso Bay turnaround in Flour Bluff around 2am Saturday.  That after spike strips were thrown and the tires on his Ford Raptor blew out. Police say at times Guerra was driving more than 100 miles an hour as he tried to avoid capture. A quick check of Guerra's criminal record shows at least 16 different criminal convictions. Charges include burglary, unlawful carrying of a weapon, resisting arrest, evading arrest, and robbery.  The new charges based on this high speed chase include evading.  Also, he's in trouble for violating parole, and for possession of drug paraphernalia.
