Crime Stoppers: Help Police Find an Auto-Burglary Suspect

The Corpus Christi Police Department needs your help to solve a burglary that took place on Nov. 13 in Robstown.

A woman went to the Nueces County Building on 710 East Main Street in Robstown for work-related training on that day. She parked her white sport utility vehicle at 8 a.m., and left her large black Coach purse on the front floorboard.

The woman did not lock her vehicle, and when she returned at noon, her purse was gone.

The purse contained several credit cards, an uncashed payroll check, a gold coin, a 1.5-karat diamond ring worth $7,000, and a gold slide bracelet with diamonds worth about $8,000.

Police urge everyone not to leave valuables in your vehicle. Lock your vehicle and take your keys.
