Crime Stoppers: McArdle Hit and Run Cold Case

It has been two years since a young girl on her way to a church service was killed by a hit and run driver on McArdle; and now, police say the case is going cold.

It was 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, when 24-year old Kimberly Encinia was walking on the side of the road in the 7300 block of McArdle and was struck by a vehicle.
