Man leads police on chase after burglary attempt

CORPUS CHRISTI (KIII NEWS) - After leading police officers on a chase around 7 a.m. Wednesday, 35-year-old Seth Ashley Stoney was arrested by Corpus Christi police for attempting to burglarize a home in the 4600 block of Monet.

According to police, Stoney was rummaging through a garage at a residence on Monet when police saw him. He ran from officers, making it to Robert Street where he stole a bike and continued to flee. He was eventually spotted in the 4100 block of Santa Fe and followed by a detective to 300 Wilshire, where he was taken into custody.
