Officers Seek Suspect of Robbery Attempt at Texas Champion Bank

According to the Corpus Christi Police Department, police are looking for a man who they believed was trying to rob the Texas Champion Bank on Ayers and Gollihar at around 3 p.m. Friday.

Officers said that a man dressed in a beige coat wearing a mask approached the glass doors to enter the bank. A teller saw him and refused to open the doors to let him inside. The man then ran from the scene.

The suspect was last seen running down Kilgore Street, a residential street a block away from Ayers and Gollihar.
