Police Seek Suspect in Knife-Point Robbery at Convenience Store

Police are looking to identify the suspect in an armed robbery that took place around 5 a.m. Sunday, June 29, at a convenience store in the 5600 block of Leopard Street.

The store clerk told police that she was behind the counter when the suspect entered the store, wearing a mask over his head and carrying a knife. He went behind the counter and opened the registered, grabbing cash before running out of the store.

The suspect is described as a stocky male in his late 20s. He stands about five-foot six or five-foot seven and was wearing a grey long sleeve shirt, blue pants and brown work boots.
