Early Voting for March Primary Election Runs Through Next Friday

Corpus Christi residents still have until next Friday to cast their ballot during early voting for the March 4 Primary Election, but so far, voter turnout is a bit lower than in the past.

On Day One of early voting, which was Feb. 18, only 735 voters turned out to the polls; that's compared to 1,303 early votes cast in the 2010 March Primary Election.

Voting picked up on Day Two, with 1,198 early votes cast, slightly higher than 2010's Day Two vote count of 1,058; but again on Day Three, just 873 early votes were cast, compared to 984 votes in 2010.

If you plan on voting early, you still have until next Friday, Feb. 28. To see a list of polling locations, click here.
