Easter Egg Hunt, Picnic Held at ML Garza-Gonzalez Charter School

There were a lot of happy kids on the westside of town as Easter celebrations kicked off Thursday morning for students at the M.L. Garza-Gonzalez Charter School.

Students were let loose in the school playground for an Easter egg hunt, and of course it would not be Easter without cascarones.

One poor student who was trying to give an interview to Kiii 3 News Photographer Chris Ambriz found himself as an early victim to the Easter celebrations.

Along with the Easter celebrations, moms and dads were invited to eat with their kids for a special lunch picnic.
