Fire Causes Smoke Damage at Texas Flame Steakhouse

A fire caused some heavy smoke damage to a southside steakhouse restaurant early Tuesday morning.

The fire broke out at around 6 a.m. at the Texas Flame Steakhouse in the 4500 block of SPID. According to firefighters, the flames were contained in a storage area and were quickly put out after two men saw smoke coming from the back area of the building.

The business was empty at the time of the fire.

Fire investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the blaze.
