Governor of Ohio Declares State of Emergency

A state of emergency was declared in Toledo Ohio yesterday after tests at a water treatment plant there produced two readings of a toxin released by algae blooms.
That toxin can potentially affect many organs in the body.
Ingestion of the toxin can affect the liver and cause nausea, diarrhea and vomiting according to health officials.
So far there are no reports of anyone getting sick.
