High School Students Attend Aluminum Casting Workshop at TAMUCC

Some 15 high school students got a really hot hands-on lesson in aluminum casting at the Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi campus on Tuesday.

The students with the Summer Bridge Program took part in an aluminum casting workshop, where they got to create aluminum tiles of their own unique design.

The Summer Bridge Program is for disadvantaged high school students in the area, and exposes them to different career options once they get out of high school.
