Intracoastal Waterway Dedication

The Intracoastal Waterway started as a safe passage for commerce and defense during World War II. Since then, it has become strategic for growth for cities along the coast. Mary Jo O'Rear, an area independent historian, joined John-Thomas Kobos with a special dedication and historical marker ceremony.
