John Paul II Students Complete the Repairs of a Las Colonias Home

We have an update on a story we brought you on Friday of a group of students who spent their weekend helping a family in need. 30 students from John Paul II High School repaired a home out in Petrolina. The students not only built the elderly couple a new ramp but they also repaired the outside of the home .as well as put in some new flooring. If that wasn't enough, the kids were able to raise enough money to buy the couple a new fridge and stove. This is the first time that the students have worked with Catholic Charities but they hope to work on many more projects in the near future. Catholic Charities did provide the materials for the students.
