Kiii-TV Expands Local Morning News to Sister Station MeTV

Kiii-TV has expanded its morning newscast, 3News First Edition, by one hour as of Monday, April 22. The locally produced news program is broadcast from 7-8 a.m. Monday through Friday on Kiii-TV's MeTV station.

MeTV (Memorable Entertainment Television) is available to viewers free over-the-air on Digital Antenna Channel 3.2. Time Warner Cable subscribers can tune to Channel 876, Grande Cable
subscribers to Channel 281 and Cable One subscribers to Channel 2.

The additional sixty minutes will provide viewers with more local news, weather and traffic information, plus special features designed for morning audiences. The 3News anchor team of John Thomas, Jane Monreal and Kristin Diaz will inform viewers to the top stories making news overnight along with updated weather conditions, traffic reports and interviews with local leaders and organizations.

3News First Edition can be seen weekday mornings from 5-7 a.m. on Kiii-TV, followed by ABC's Good Morning America. The additional hour of the newscast can be seen on MeTV, free over-the-air on Digital Antenna Ch. 3.2. Time Warner Cable Ch. 876, Grande Cable Ch. 281 and Cable One Ch 2.
