The Corpus Christi Tennis Association's local 10 and Under Kids Club programs make it easy and fun for kids to play tennis.
Sarah Acosta was live for 3News First Edition with local tennis players and instructors with how parents can get their kids off the couch and involved in some of these affordable programs.Currently the CCTA is hosting its 10 & Under Kids Club Program at Carroll High School until July 23, Monday and Wednesdays from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sessions cost $40, which includes a $30 valued kids racket.
More sessions will start Sept. 14th for beginners at multiple sites. Kids can also play in the Slush Monkey Shoot Out Series, play days for 12 and under- the next event will be Aug. 2 at 10 a.m. at HEB Tennis Center, 1520 Shely St.For more information on these programs or to sign your child up, visit the website: http://cctaonline.org/
