Pilot For A Day
Five year old Jacob Fernandez, the first blind patient from Driscoll Children's Hospital, participated in the Pilot for a Day program at Naval Air Station-Kingsville. He spent the day learning exactly what Navy and Marine Pilots go through when training to be pilots via a flight simulator. He now joins the ranks of other Pilot for a Day trainees at the naval base.
