Just about every girl who plays dress up dreams of one day becoming a princess and many times that dream becomes a reality when they go to their first dance.

Not every girl has the luxury of picking the perfect dress but there is a way you make a difference by participating in the 2nd annual community prom dress giveaway drive. Gently used prom dresses, formal dress, bridesmaid dresses and cocktail dresses and accessories, such as dressy shoes, jewelry and handbags are needed to supply an exclusive "boutique" held in the spring for specially invited local high school girls who otherwise may not be able to attend their Senior Prom.

You can drop off your dress donation and accessories at Incarnate Word Academy, 2910 South Alameda, Monday through Friday 8am to 3pm through February 28th. For more information, contact Mackenzie Allison, 548-9078 or macspromcloset@aol.com
