Lots of people decided this holiday was a perfect day to take the kids to the Texas State Aquarium.

Monday was also Dollar Day at the Aquarium, that was the admission price. Just one dollar for a whole day of fun for the entire family. Every Martin Luther King holiday and every 1st or 2nd Sunday in Secember, are Dollar Days.

Close to 7,000 visitors from across the state were expected to walk thru the building Monday.
