Corpus Christi Police have arrested a man on suspicion of aggravated assault.

It happened yesterday,  at the Sage West Apartments on Antelope. The 24 year-old apartment manager says she got into an argument with one of the tenants, 39 year-old Frank Gonzalez. The woman said that Gonzalez later came back to the office offering a soft drink as a "peace offering."

Police say the woman didn't drink it. Instead, she poured it out  and discovered 17 pills that turned out to be Depakote.

The prescription drug is used to treat a number of health issues including bipolar disease, epilepsy, and migraines. In high doses it can a person nauseous or sleepy.

Gonzalez is now facing aggravated assault charges.
