Vietnam Veterans Day is March 31st.

But today at Sherrill Park, all veterans were remembering those who have fallen in battle. Groups of local veteran organizations gathered this morning for a memorial service.

Today's service was to celebrate the Vietnam legacy, which has led the way for improvements for veteran health care as well as a need for war memorials across the country.
