ALICE--One lady says she saw something very unusual in the sky last night near her home. The woman believes it was a UFO, so she called Three News to investigate it.

We have received several calls about UFO's ever since we aired a special report in February. This woman said she was a non- believer, but after last night's encounter, she's now a believer.

Here in the Rancho Allegre neighborhood in Alice located off of State Highway 281 and 44, an Alice resident said she saw something in the sky, while doing her laundry on Monday night. So she grabbed a camera phone and took a picture.

She said this is what came out. On the horizon, she saw this bright light hovering with what seemed to be a reflection below it. Seconds later, she said it disappeared totally.

The woman wants to remain anonymous, but believes it may have beem something other than just a bright light.

"It's possible it could be," said the woman. Off camera: could be? It could be a UFO. We don't know."

The woman said people who have spoken with her present two theories. Either it's a full-moon or an airplane flying over the area, but there was no full-moon Monday night.

"I don't think that's possible for either one of those," the woman said. "It's definitely something, I don't what it is myself."

When this woman went to work, she said it was the talk around the water cooler.

"Some are still not believers, though," the woman said. "Some think it's light, but they don't think it's a UFO."

This 3 News viewer said she's definitely curious over what she saw over the sky here in Rancho Allegre. She wants someone to investigate this sighting to see if it was, in fact, a UFO.

'Well, I would like someone to investigate it definitely because now I'm curious," said the woman. "I want to know."

So she plans to call one of the groups to find out if this was something out of this world.

Im not sure if anyone else saw this, but this evening Sunday April 20 at appx. 9:20 P.M. I saw what appears to be this same light in the sky. It was an orange circular shape and it just suddenly disappeared in our Corpus Christi sky. Did anyone else see it???

I believe it is a UFO..the question is...can somebody make it an IFO(Identified flying Object). I once had an experience in the 80's ...in Alice...I saw a UFO..we never were able to identify what it was.

She says "I think it's a U.F.O. and others don't think it is." Um doesn't U.F.O. mean unidentified flying object? So if they don't know then it would be a U.F.O. Duh! U.F.O. doesn't mean alien.

Their is just so much evidence that UFO's are real but do not anticipate any truth from the goverments of the world.

Of course it is a UFO!!! UFO stands for "Unidentified Flying Object" which is what it was. As for an alien craft or government craft, who knows. I am so sick of people misusing this term It makes them sound so stupid.

I didn't believe in UFO's I'd been in the boonies lots of times and never saw a thing, I've changed my mind recently after my older sister spotted a round brigh light hovering over her house one morning, said there was no source it was round shaped said it acted like it saw her and took off at high rate of speed off into the sky. She doesn't lie and I have a wilder imagination than she does, I believe in UFO's now.

The sighting in Alice is Likely an ET "Marking" event. There is something in that area that ET is pointing out to us that we should investigate. It is all about nuclear weapons and the plans by our nuclear war fighting elite to use them on us.

I'd like to thank the station for posting this story without the common ridicule associated with these sightings. People see unexplained aircraft/lights in the sky all of the time, all over the world, but are often too afraid to report them due to the responses they get.

It looks like a 'sun dog'. These occur as long as the sun has 'some' angle left to show up against the clouds. If this is so, it's considered a weather anomaly. Dan

its not that the main stream media still buy it. they just don't want to grow a pair and report the truth because they have been told not to. if this woman had footage of little green men and a ufo on her lawn kllltv wouldn't have covered it. but as it is so ambiguous its ok.

I am glad KIIITV covers UFO sightings. I wish all news channels did this more often. Tonight on the History Channel is a show called UFO Hunters and it's all about the Stephenville Texas UFO sightings as they search for the truth at 9pm Central and 10pm Eastern. I still believe that Dublin Texas resident Ricky Sorrells' sighting is the diamond in the rough. The U.S. Air Force is still lying and major media networks are still buying it...
