The man charged with beating a 15 year old boy to death with a golf club... will spend the next 40 years in prison.
Jesus Torrez pleaded guilty to the charge of murder with a deadly weapon.
The act itself happened back in april of 2006 on the 11-hundred block of buford.
That's where 15 year old Robert Martinez was discovered beaten to death.
Martinez was at that home apparently staying the night with a friend.
