3 GENERATIONS OF ONE TEXAS FAMILY HAVE BEEN ARRESTED TONIGHT.
FEDERAL I-C-E AGENTS SAY THEY HAD BEEN ARRANGING FAKE MARRIAGES IN EXCHANGE FOR U-S CITIZENSHIPS.
AFTER A 4 YEAR INVESTIGATION....AGENTS FOUND 44 YEAR OLD OSCAR HERNANDEZ AT HIS HOME IN THE 1500 BLOCK OF DEVON STREET THIS MORNING.
IMMIGRANTS ALLEGEDLY PAID AS MUCH AS 12-THOUSAND DOLLARS *EACH* TO MARRY U-S CITIZENS.
HERNANDEZ AND 15 OTHERS ARE ACCUSED OF AGGRAVATED IDENTITY THEFT, SOCIAL SECURITY FRAUD, AND MISUSING VISAS.
SOME OF THE FAKE MARRIAGES...AGENTS SAY... DATE BACK TO THE 1970'S.
