A YOUNG MAN CONSIDERED TO BE ONE OF THE CITY'S MAJOR TAGGERS HAS BEEN GIVEN A HEFTY PUNISHMENT FOR HIS CRIMES..
19 YEAR OLD TONY MALDONADO HAS BEEN SENTENCED TO 2 YEARS IN A STATE PENITENTARY.
AFTER HE SERVES THAT TIME.. HE WILL HAVE TO SERVE 5 YEARS PROBATION.
MALDONADO WAS FOUND GUILTY OF MANUFACTURING CRIMINAL INSTRUMENTS.. AND TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE.
POLICE SAY MALODONADO WAS ALTERING SPRAY PAINT CAN NOZZLES TO FORM DISTINCTIVE PATTERNS WHEN TAGGING.
MALDONADO WILL ALSO PAY BACK 4-THOUSAND DOLLARS IN RESTITUTION.
